Your team taps “Arrived” and “Left” at every delivery, pickup or visit, or lets automatic logging record every stop longer than 1 minute, right in the phone browser. You see, live and on the map, where time stops, what every minute costs and which customers and addresses are the bottleneck of your route.
Every idle minute has an address.
Numbers from the demo below: a fictional operation in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, at R$ 38 per idle hour (driver + vehicle).
The problem
Idle time does not show up in the delivery report or on the invoice. It hides in the dock queue, at the gate, in the slow goods check and at the customer who doesn't answer. Your freight margin pays for it: overtime, routes that don't close and customers complaining about delays.
In the demo scenario, one van spends 50 minutes at a single dock. Unrecorded, it becomes “traffic” at the end of the day.
Gate, goods check and absent customer added up. Nobody saw it, so nobody charged for it or fixed it.
Without arrival and departure times per address, you can't ask for a delivery window, charge detention or change the route.
How it works
Each operation, customer or branch gets a dedicated map and a private dashboard. You send your team a link: no app to install, no login to create.
On arrival, the driver, technician or courier taps Arrived and sees the timer run. On departure, taps Left and picks the reason: delivery, pickup, queue, goods check, customer absent. Works offline: the record stays on the phone and syncs when the connection returns. With automatic logging on, the app opens the stop by itself when the person stays in the same place for over 1 minute and closes it when they move away.
On the dashboard: who is stopped right now, bottleneck map, address ranking, day disc per vehicle, time by reason and by hour, % of shift, estimated km, cost and a CSV spreadsheet by day, month or period.
Demo
Press play: two vans' day goes by in a few seconds. On the left, the driver's phone screen. In the middle, each address grows with its idle time. On the right, the bottleneck ranking and the day disc.
Addresses with the most idle time. Pink: over 30 min.
Decisions
Show the customer their dock adds up to 92 min a day. With arrival and departure times, the talk is about facts.
Per-address records with time and reason are the basis for charging the time a customer made your team wait.
Addresses that jam in the morning move to the afternoon and vice versa. The hourly grid shows when each stop flows.
Idle % of shift per vehicle tells you whether you lack vans or have too much queue.
Time by reason separates what's on the customer (absent, goods check) from what's on the operation (lunch, refuelling).
A spreadsheet per period for the contract: how many stops, how much time, at which addresses.

Who it's for
Transparency with your team
Location is read on the “Arrived” and “Left” taps and, with automatic logging on, also continuously while the app is open, to notice each stop. Only the arrival and departure of each stop reach the dashboard, and the person sees on their own phone everything that was sent.
